OrganicBouquet.com guarantees the freshest and most beautiful bouquets available
at the time of your order. Although our bouquets will vary by season and may
differ from the exact arrangements featured on our site, we will do our best to
match your order based on product quality and availability. We also guarantee
that our organic gourmet gifts are made with the finest ingredients available,
and that our artisan crafts are made with the highest quality craftsmanship.
If your products arrive damaged or you received your order after the scheduled
delivery date, you are eligible to receive a full refund or replacement product
of equal value. Claims under this guarantee must be brought to our attention
within seven (7) days after the delivery date in order to be eligible.
Non-perishable items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund provided
the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and
documentation. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

of 9am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday, Pacific Standard Time.
Please note that OrganicBouquet.com will only refund shipping costs if we failed
to deliver your order on the requested delivery date. We are not responsible
for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at
time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
