Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Yes, provided you notify us three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery date. To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact our customer service specialists via

or by calling 1-877-899-2468. Due to high order volumes during the holidays, Organic Bouquet does not allow orders to be canceled within the seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day.
Q. Can I change my account info after ordering?
A. Yes, provided you notify us three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery date. However, to avoid transaction errors or delivery of your bill to the wrong address, please make sure your billing and credit card information is correct at the time of purchase; for we will authorize your credit card at the time of purchase in order to secure your order and delivery date. To change your billing or personal information, please contact our customer service specialists or fill out an
email request form

Q. Do you accept any other forms of payment?
A. At this time, we only accept online orders made by credit card. We do not accept money orders, personal checks, or orders by phone.
Q. How will I know if my order has been processed?
A. Once you place an order at Organic Bouquet, you will immediately receive an order confirmation code for your records and you will also receive an order confirmation via email. The message will be sent to the email address you provide throughout the checkout process.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
A. Absolutely. All transactions at Organic Bouquet are handled using a secure server software (Secure Socket Layers) encryption technology. We use RSA encryption technology to scramble your data so that it would be virtually impossible to break into. For more information, please visit our

Q. What if I do not receive an order confirmation?
A. Due to purchase volume and site traffic during peak shopping hours or holidays, it may take Organic Bouquet more than four (4) hours to send you an order confirmation message via email. If you do not receive your order confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours after the time of your purchase, please contact our customer service specialists via email or by calling 1-877-899-2468.

Q. Which credit cards does Organic Bouquet accept?
A. We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.
Q. Will there by any taxes charged to my credit card?
A. By law, we must charge taxes to all orders that are shipped to California. The current sales tax in California is 8.25%.
