Our Eco-focused eCommerce company is seeking a hard-working entry to mid level Web Programmer to join our team. The day-to-day work entails helping to grow our custom eCommerce platform to meet the ever evolving needs of the Customer Service, Marketing and Fulfillment departments. This entails everything from small cosmetic changes, to creating new modules, to troubleshooting and fixing issues with current code, to designing reports and running ad-hoc queries.
This job may require occasional travel to San Rafael (CA), Miami or London.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Web development experience and proficiency with the following: HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET, VB.NET.
- Exposure to relational database concepts, SQL and stored procedures (MSSQL Server 2000/2005 experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of Advanced Javascript concepts such as AJAX is a plus.
- B.S. in a computer science related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
