This job is currently located in San Rafael and may relocate to Petaluma.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify and post all invoices
- Maintain purchase order system
- Verify completed data entry activity to ensure 100% accuracy
- Prepares accounts payable checks
- Files open invoices and maintains summary of current accounts payable balance
- Responds to all vendor inquiries
- Prepares all 1099s
- Performs other related duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience with AP
- Excellent communication
- Detail-oriented
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- 10-key by touch
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook

- Please note that this is a FULL-TIME position and as such no contractors, outsourcing companies, or agencies will be considered.
- Visa Sponsorship is not available so candidate must have US citizenship or be a permanent resident.
- No relocation assistance is available
- No remote employees will be considered, candidate must be able to work in both San Rafael and Petaluma.
