Placing Your First Order
Ordering organic products at Organic Bouquet is quick and easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online.
Follow these steps to place your order:
- Find your items
- Add the items to your basket
- Proceed to checkout
- Sign in/create a new account
- Enter a shipping address
- Choose a shipping method
- Provide payment information
- Review and submit your order
- Check your order status
1. Find the Items You Want
You can find our products in one of two ways. You need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. On each page, you will find search boxes where you type in the item you want to search for. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our fulfillment center.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you find the item you want, click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your basket, keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the Shopping Basket link at the top of every page of our website.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Basket. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click on the "remove" link at the far right. The item will move from your current Shopping Basket. If any of the items are to be gifts, click the "add gift-wrap/note" checkbox under the item. (You'll be given a chance to order gift-wrap and/or add a note during the checkout process.)
When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Basket, click the "Checkout" link. You will be taken to the Account Login page.
4. Sign In
Enter your email address. (Keep in mind that the email address you provide here will be the only email address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Choose a password for your account so that when you come back to Organic Bouquet in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. Click on the "Continue" link.
5. Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. As all of our packages are delivered by UPS, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. Once your address has been entered, click on the "Save Address & Continue Link".
6. Choose a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Please note that it's not possible to request a specific carrier.
We will estimate shipment dates for you on the order form, just before you submit your order. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the email we send you to confirm your order.
The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
7. Provide Payment Information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or Organic Bouquet gift certificates. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.
8. Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of shipment.
9. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change the "gift message" from the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the My Account link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to review and change the gift message of your order without having to contact us. If there are other parameters that need to be changed (i.e. shipping address, delivery date, etc.), please call our Customer Service Department at (877) 899-2468. We do not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the shipping date. Due to high order volumes during the holidays, we do not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within the seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.
If you are an existing Organic Bouquet customer, you can login and quickly proceed through the checkout process. Our system will automatically retrieve your stored billing and shipping information, and enable you to easily add a new shipping address if necessary.
For our exclusive promotions, we offer discount codes that are announced to you in emails sent to your email inbox. These discounts are accessible when you link to the store from our email. If you would like to receive discounts and promotions, sign up sign up to be added to our Newsletter list.
Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.
We make it easy to send items as gifts. You may send the items in your Shopping Cart to different shipping addresses--simply specify the name and shipping address of each recipient when you fill out the order form.
Making a Payment
Purchases can be made online or by phone using Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover. Our customer service specialists are available Monday through Friday, 9am -5pm, EST.
We authorize your credit card at the point of sale to ensure that the product(s) you've purchased will be reserved until delivery. We will use the billing information and credit card number you provided throughout the checkout process. Once you've clicked on "Submit Order", our system will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card. This is an authorization only, the authorization allows us to hold the funds aside until your order ships. Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you'll be notified and prompted to use another credit card.
By law, Organic Bouquet is required to charge applicable sales tax on all orders shipped to Florida. Taxes are automatically added to your purchase during checkout.
