Return Policy
Most new and unopened non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.*

*Please note that Organic Bouquet will only refund shipping costs:
1) If the items received are damaged.
2) If you purchased an item as a gift, requested a specific date and we failed to deliver your order on the requested delivery date.

We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. To make a claim, please contact our customer service specialists at customerservice@organicbouquet.com or 866-518-8070 between the hours of 9am to 4pm, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard Time.

Floral Shipments

Upon receipt of your flowers, please follow the instructions on the flower care card in your package. To report any problem with your floral shipment, please call us at 866-518-8070 within 21 days of delivery. We guarantee our flowers to arrive fresh, if this is not the case, please contact our customer care team.

Items That Are Not Returnable
Organic Bouquet does not accept returns of the following items:

Gift certificates
Grocery products and Gourmet gift baskets
Flowers and Plants*
Any item that has obvious signs of use
Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Any final sale merchandise

*If any floral or garden item return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded.
