JOB TITLE: Outbound Sales Representative
DEPARTMENT: Customer Service
JOB SUMMARY:
Outbound Sales Representatives will call new business clients, with a focus on building long term customer relationships and increasing program revenue. Outbound sales personnel will document all contacts with existing customers and new leads. Obtain accurate data and provide complete information and assistance to Organic Bouquet customers and prospects.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Organic Bouquet Customer Service Manager
Interfaces with: CEO, V.P. of Marketing, Marketing Team, E-Commerce Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will use the provided database to call new leads along with existing customers for the purpose of developing a buying relationship. All Outbound Sales Representatives will be evaluated on their ability to meet quotas, prospecting and developing accounts.
-All contacts with existing and potential clients must be documented for the purpose of evaluating the database, along with passing qualified leads.
-The quality and method of work must be completed in accordance with the company’s core values.
-Effectively communicate product and service information.
-Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Understand the Internet and advertising terms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience (networking, outbound sales calls, presentations)
-Experience from Call Center Operations preferred.
-Excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of management.
-Strong verbal communication skills.
-Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment.
-Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
-Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with large quantities of work. Able to work under deadlines.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Strong decision making abilities.
-Able to prospect, cold call and network.
