Lesley's Life Is Sweet™ was founded in 2005 by Ms. Lesley Byrne as a humanitarian and artisanal chocolate company. Inspired and trained by the French and her world travels, Ms. Byrne's company specializes in chocolate ganaches and hand-painted molded bonbons, each handcrafted.

In 2008, Lesley's Life Is Sweet became the first woman owned humanitarian chocolate company that to be USDA Certified Organic and Fair Trade with complete collections of chocolate and caramels. With proceeds from Lesley's Life Is Sweet™, she offers education, Ms. Byrne is directly involved with humanitarian work in Cambodia, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. A significant portion of the proceeds from the sale of all chocolate collectons goes to these charitable projects. The company also funds domestic non-profits, including breast cancer, cycstic fibrosis, and Riverkeeper.
