Ceago Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, fruity wine produced from estate-grown organic and biodynamic grapes. Award-Winning Winemaker Jim Fetzer carries on the Fetzer family tradition while going beyond organic standards to produce some of the best, well-balanced, hand-crafted wine we have ever tasted. To set off the notes of melon and green apple in the Sauvignon Blanc, we have paired it with roasted, organic pistachios and our freshest, sweetest-of-the-season, organic pears. After tasting this extraordinary wine, we know you will join us in raising a glass to healing the earth.

Each Bottle of Ceago Sauvignon Blanc:
- 100% Estate Grown on the Biodynamic® farm in Lake County, California.
- The grapes were hand-harvested from September 12th-22nd, 2006 at 23.4° Brix.
- The grapes were grown and certified Biodynamic® by Demeter and Organic by Stellar.

Biodynamic certified by The Demeter Association and produced with the least environmental impact, this product is shipped with care. All growers and handlers must meet rigorous performance criteria in the following areas before being awarded the Biodynamic certification:

- emphasizes humane animal practices
