FAQ's - Shipping and Delivery

Can I change my shipping or delivery address?

Yes, provided you notify us three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery date. To change your delivery address or shipping address, please contact our customer service specialists via email: support@organicbouquet.com.  Due to high order
volumes during the holidays, Organic Bouquet does not allow orders to be edited within the seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter or Mother's Day.

Does OrganicBouquet ship internationally?

No, at this time we only offer delivery in the 50 United States. 

What if no one is available at the time of delivery?

It is the sole responsibility of our customers to ensure that someone is available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to receive the shipment, our carrier, UPS, will leave the package near the front or back door/gate. UPS may decide to leave a "request for pick-up" note if the area is deemed insecure for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, risk of theft, etc. In either case, Organic Bouquet is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen or damaged due to the recipient not being present at the time of delivery, or if an incorrect address is supplied by the sender.

What is the cutoff time for next day deliveries?

All orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PST or 3:00 PM EST for next day delivery.

Why can't I choose Sunday or Monday for a delivery date?

Our shipping service does not offer pick ups for overnight deliveries on these days.

Do you offer deliveries on Saturday?

We do offer Saturday delivery for an additional $9.95 fee. 

When will my order arrive?

Before you place an item in your basket or shopping cart, you will be asked to select a delivery date. Available delivery dates and shipping methods will vary by product, so please review the "Shipping Information"next to the product you wish to purchase.
